Well we have to find out the HCF of the given Polynomial .

♦ Before finding we must know what actually HCF means ?

→ HCM of any two or more term / number is the highest common divisor of both the numbers .

♦ Now how to get HCF of a Polynomial ?

→ We can term HCF of a Polynomial as Lowest Common indices of the given Polynomials .

♦ Now Polynomials

27x⁴y² and 3xy³

Now lowest and Common indices of

Constant term = 3

x = x¹ or x

y = y²

So HCF

= 3xy²
