Find the least number that should be subtracted from 1000 so that 3t divides the difference exactly.​

When 1000/35, the remainder is 20. If twenty is substracted from 1000 i.e we get 1000–20=980 which is completely divisible by 35. So the least number to be subtracted is 20.
