the given no. 8, 4, 10 subtract from 13 ,9, 15
the no. we find
(i) 13-8=5
(ii) 9-4=5
(iii) 15-10=5
so the least no. divide 5,5,5
is 5 ans

Answer: 5

Step-by-step explanation:

Given dividends = 13,9 and 15

Corresponding Remainders =  8, 4 and 10

We know that Dividend=Divisor\times quotient+remainder\\\\\Rightarrow Divisor\times quotient=Dividend-remainder

The difference between the given dividends and remainders are as follows:

13-8=5\\9-4=5\\15-10=5

\Rightarrow\ Divisor\times quotient=5=5\times1

Hence,  the least number which when divided by 13,9 and 15 leaves the remainders 8, 4 and 10 = 5.
