Find the lenght of a hypotenuseof a right triangle whose other two sides are 9 cm and 12cm. (explain with steps)

Heya,

Given,

Length of other two sides = 9 cm and 12 cm

(Hypotenuse)² = (side)² + (side)² (Pythogoras theorem)

(Hypotenuse)² = (9cm) ² + (12cm) ²

= 81cm ² + 144 cm²

= 225cm²

Hypotenuse = √225 cm²

= 15 cm
