Answer:

Volume of cuboid

=> length × breadth × height = 168 cm³

=> length × 6 × 4 = 168

=> length × 24 = 168

=> length = 168/24

=> length = 7 cm

Answer :-

  • The length of the cuboid is 7 cm.

Step-by-step explanation :-

  • Here, the width, height and volume of a cuboid are given to us. We have to find it's length!

Let :-

  • The length of the cuboid be "x" cm.

We know that :-

 \underline{\boxed{\sf Volume_{(cuboid)} = L \times W \times H}}

Where :-

  • L = Length.
  • W = Width.
  • H = Height.

Here :-

  • Width = 6 cm.
  • Height = 4 cm.
  • Volume = 168 cm³.

Substituting the given values in this formula :-

 \longrightarrow \bf x \times 4 \times 6 = 168

 \longrightarrow \bf x \times 24 = 168

 \longrightarrow \bf x = 7 \: cm

 \\

Hence :-

  • The length of the cuboid is 7 cm.
