HI FRIEND

The length of the diagonal is the hypotenuse of a right angle triangle

where the other two legs are 16cm and 12cm

Using Pythagoras's Theorem

Diagonal squared = 16^2 + 12 ^2
Diag^2 = 256 + 144
Diag^2 = 400
Diagonal = square root 400
Diagonal = 20 cm


The answer is 20cm
