MEAN - sum of observations/no. of observations.
SO,
3+6+10+4+9+10 = 42
no. of observations = 6
SO,
42/6 = 7
SO, answer = 7

Heya friend !

ANSWER :-

We know ,
Mean of observations =
 \frac{sum \: of \: observations}{no \: of \: observations}
So ,
 =  \frac{3 + 6 + 10 + 4 + 9 + 10}{6}
 =  \frac{42}{6}
 = 7
Therefore , Mean of observations = 7
