0.08:x=x:.32.
X^2=.32*.08
X^2=0.0256
X=0.16
So mean proportion between 0.08 and 0.32 is0.16
I think it is right answer If you like please mark as

The mean proportional between 0.32 and 0.08 is 0.16.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find the mean proportional between 0.32 and 0.08.

Let the mean proportional between the two given numbers be 'x'.

So, the situation would be represented as below;

                  0.32 : x :: x : 0.08

As we know that in the proportion; Product of means = Product of extremes

So, according to the situation;

                    x^{2} = 0.32 \times 0.08

                    x^{2} = 0.0256

Taking square root on both sides we get;

                    \sqrt{ x^{2} }= \sqrt{0.0256}

                       x = 0.16

Hence, the mean proportional between 0.32 and 0.08 is 0.16.
