Answer is OJQ.


The reason -  


The alphabet K. then leave L and the next alphabet is M, leave N and the next alphabet is O, leave P and the next is Q.


The same pattern will be followed for the next alphabet, leave two alphabets. D leave EF and the answer is G and so on, the next alphabet needed is J. For the last alphabet, see from the back, W leave V and U and you get T, leave R and S and you get Q. thus, the answer needed is OJQ.
