Hey mate!!

HERE IS THE ANSWER

Let the number be x

 { - 6}^{ - 1}  \times x =  { 9}^{ - 1}  \\   \frac{ - 1}{6}  \times x =  \frac{1}{9}  \\   \frac{ - x}{6}  =  \frac{1}{9}  \\  - x =  \frac{1 \times 6}{9}  \\  - x =  \frac{2}{3}  \\  x =  \frac{ - 2}{3}
Hope it helps to you.

Let the no. be x
Then,
-6^-1×x=9^-1
1/-6×x=1/9
x/-6=1/9
x=-6/9
x=-2/3
