There are 2 ways Mean method and ordinary method
1) mean method =a+b/2
=1+2/2=1.5
If we want to find more than 1 no than take 1.5 as a and 2 as 2
And keep taking the answer u get as a(this is a time consuming method)
2) take 1=1/1
2=2/1
No multiply both sides by 6 ( in case u need 6 no or as u wish)
1/1*6/6,2/1*6/6
6/6,12/6
So number between them =
7/6,8/6,9/6,10/6,11/6
There are infinite answer for this question so the answer here may not match the answer behind the book.dont worry this is right way

vulture1: wrong
vulture1: you don't know how to do
Bilalahmad: So u tell how to do that,can't u see 7/6 comes in between of 1 and 2 it's so logical.
