Answer:

Length: \frac{25}{2} =12.5 \\

Breadth: \frac{26}{5} = 5.2

Perimeter of rectangle: 2(l+b)

= 2(12.5+5.2)

= 2(17.7)

= 35.4m

Area of Rectangle: l \times b \\

       = 12.5 \times 5.2\\

       = 65m²

Now, \\

Area \: of\: 4\: small\: sq.\: flower\: beds\: of\: side\: 1 m: \\

Area\: of\: 1\: small\: sq.\: flower\: beds= s \times s \\

                        = 1 \times 1 \\

                        = 1m²

Area\: of\: 4 Small\: sq.\: flower\: beds= 4 \times 1 \\

= 4m² = Used\: Area

Unused Area= Total Area - Used Area

Unused Area = 65m² - 4m²

Unused Area = 61m²
