➡ Heya Friend

✔ Let the breadth be x cm

✔ Length of Rectangle ( Base ) = 40 cm

✔ Diagonal ( Hypotenuse ) = 41 cm

✔ Using Pythagoras Theorem

➡ ( H )² = ( A )² + ( B )²
➡ ( 41 )² = ( x )² + ( 40 )²
➡ ( 1681 ) = ( x )² + ( 1600 )
➡ ( 1681 - 1600 ) = ( x )²
➡ ( 81 ) = ( x )²
➡ √81 = ( x )²
➡ 9 = x

↪ Now,
Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2( 40 + 9 )
= 2 × 49
= 98 cm

✔ Hence, perimeter of rectangle is 98 cm.

= 2(40+9)

= 2×49

= 98
