according to the question,
                                      the area of the square is 21.5  cm
and the formula for area of square is  s*s
  =>     2
      (S)    =21.5

 s= root of 21.5
 s= 4.6

      perimeter of the square = 4a
                   =>
                        4*4.6
                       18.4

 perimeter = 18.4.........
