since in a leap year there are 366 days
and 366 days = 52 weeks and 2 extra days
these two extra days can be the following
mon-tue
tue-wed
wed-thurs
thurs-fri
fri-sat
sat-sun
sun-mon

so there will be 2 possible outcomes for 53rd sunday
so P(53 sundays) = 2/7
