SOLUTION:

LHS = 4y^{2} (xy - x ^{2} ) \\  =  > 4xy ^{3}  - 4x^{2} y ^{2}  = rHS \:  \\  \\

Evaluation :

LHS = 4y ^{2} (xy - x ^{2} ) \\  =  > 4 \times (1) ^{2}(2 \times 1 - (2) ^{2} )  \\  =  > 4(2 - 4) \\  =  > 4 \times ( - 2) \\  =  >  - 8.............(i)

rHS = 4xy ^{3}  - 4x ^{2} y ^{2}  \\  =  > 4 \times 2 \times (1) ^{3}  - 4 \times ( 2) ^{2}  \times( 1) ^{2}  \\  =  > 8 - 4 \times 4 \\  =  > 8 - 16 \\  =  >  - 8..............(ii)

HERE,

From equation (i) and (ii)

LHS=RHS
