(6x-y+z)(6x-y+z)
6x(6x-y+z)-y(6x-y+z)+z(6x-y+z)
36x^2-6xy+6xz-6xy+y^2-yz+6xz-yz+z^2
36x^2+y^2+z^2-12xy+12xz-yz
Hope it helps. If any mistakes comment ASAP

We have, (6x-y+z)*(6x-y+z)

=(6x-y+z)^2  [since it is a product of two same algebraic terms]

                =(6x)^2+(y)^2+(z)^2+2*6x*(-y)+2*6x*z+2*(-y)*z

                = 36x^2+y^2+z^2-12xy+12xz-2yz

[since, we know that (a+b+c)2 = a^2 + b^2 + c^2 + 2ab + 2bc + 2ca]

alternative process:

We can find the product by expanding all the terms one by one. then we have,(6x-y+z)*(6x-y+z)

                =6x(6x-y+z)-y(6x-y+z)+z(6x-y+z)

                =36x^2-6xy+6xz-6xy+y^2-yz+6xz-yz+z^2

                =36x^2+y^2+z^2-12xy+12xz-2yz
