let the two zeroes be I & j
A.T.Q I+j=0
& Ij=-3/5
quadratic equation=x^2-(I+j)x+(Ij)
= x^2-0x+(-3/5)
=x^2-3/5
= (5x^2-3)/5
=5x^2-3(where,k=5)
therefore,5x^2-3 is the required quadratic polynomial
