let alpha and Beta are the zeros of the quadratic equation ax^2+bx+c=0

then equation will be

x { }^{2}   - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  = 0

1. alpha=3

beta=8

then equation

x^2-(3+8)x+3×8=0

x^2-11x+24=0
