Taking in term of volume

Volume of Cone =

 \frac{1}{3} \pi \: {r}^{2} h

Volume of Cylinder =

\pi {r}^{2} h

So their ratios are

 \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h \: \: : \: \pi {r}^{2} h

πr²h will get canceled

so \: the \: required \: ratio \: is \: \frac{1}{3} \: : \: 1
