Listen E=-kz^2 ÷n^2

For finding ratio we just have to devide, the respective atomic and orbit number asked and use the above formula we get :(z1÷z2) ^2 ÷(n1÷n2) ^2

(2÷3)^2 ×(3÷2) ^2

Therefore answer is 1:1
