we will solve it by remainder theorem.. ;)
p(x) = 2x² - 3x + 5
g(x) = 2x - 3
>> 2x - 3 = 0
>> 2x = 3
>> x = 3/2
on putting values :-
p(3/2) = 2(3/2)² - 3(3/2) + 5
= 2(9/4) - 9/2 + 5
= 9/2 - 9/2 + 5
= 5
hence, remainder is = 5
