3x-1=0

3x=1

x= 1/3

=> x^3 -6x^2+2x-4

=> (1/3)^3 - 6(1/3)^2 + 2(1/3) - 4

=> 1/27 - 6/9 + 2/3 - 4

=> (1 - 18 + 18 - 108)/27

=> -107/27

therefore the remainder is -107/27

3x - 1 = 0

x = 1/3.

= x^3 - 6x^2 + 2x - 4

= 1/27 - 6(1/9) + 2(1/3) - 4

= 1/27 - 6/9 + 2/3 - 4

= -107/27.

Hope it helps you.
