p(x) = 8x^2 + 2x - 3 = 0
       = 8x^2 +6x -4x - 3 = 0
       = 2x(4x + 3) -1 (4x + 3) = 0
       =  (2x - 1) ( 4x + 3) = 0

  = 2x - 1 = 0                        = 4x +3 = 0
  = x = 1/2                            = x = -3/4

 p(1/2) = 8*1/4 + 2*1/2 -3
           = 2+1-3
           = 3-3
           = 0
p(-3/4) = 8*9/16 + 2 (-3/4) -3
            = 9-6-3  / 2
            = 0/2
            = 0
