here is ur answer

ANSWER:-

 \bf 2x^2-x +\frac{1}{8} =0

\bf \frac {16x^2-8x+1}{8}=0 => 16x^2-8x+1=0

now by middle term splitting

16 {x}^{2}  - 8x + 1 = 0

16 {x}^{2}  - 4x - 4x + 1 = 0

4x(4x - 1) - 1(4x - 1) = 0

 {(4x -1)}^{2}  = 0

x =  \frac{1}{4} and \:  \frac{1}{4}

hope the answer helps
