Area of triangle by Heron's formulae
Semi perimeter=A+B+C/2
=(50+78+112)cm/2
=240/2=120
Area =√ S(S-A)(S-B)(S-C)
=√120*70*42*8
=√2822400
=1680 cm square
Area of triangle =1/2* base * height
1680 cm square=1/2*112*h
1680/56=height
30 cm=altitude Ans
