Step-by-step explanation:

x/10+y/5-1 = 0

x+2y-10 = 0 multipled by 10

x+ 2y= 10 ----eq1

x/8+y/6= 15

3x +4y= 360 ----eq2 multipled by 24

subtracting eq2(×1) from eq 1 (×3)

3x+6y = 30

-3x-4y =- 360

=> 2y = -330

y = -115

From eq1 we get x

x + 2(-115) = 10

x= 340

m = (y-5) / x

= -120/340

Ans= Approximately -0.33
