4/(6power3)whole power -2/3. - 1/(4 power4)whole power -3/4
4/(6)-2 - 1/(4)-3
36/4 - 64/1 here power is negative so make power positive by reciprocal the digit

Given Equation is  \frac{4}{(216)^-\frac{2}{3} }   -   (\frac{1}{(256)^- \frac{3}{4} }   ----------- (1)

 \frac{4}{(216)^- \frac{2}{3} }

 \frac{4}{ \frac{1}{(216)^ \frac{2}{3} } }

 \frac{4}{ \frac{1}{( 6^{3})^ \frac{2}{3} } }

 \frac{4}{ \frac{1}{36} }

= 4 * 36

= 144    ------------------- (2)

 \frac{1}{(256)^- \frac{3}{4} }

 \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{(256)^ \frac{3}{4} } }

 \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{( 4^{4)^ \frac{3}{4}} } }

 \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{ 4^{3} } }

 \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{64} }

= 64.    ----------- (3)

Substitute (2) & (3) in (1), we get

144 - 64

= 80.

Hope this helps!
