Any number raised to 0 will give 1.
So, ((0.6)^2)^0 = 1
Negative power means reciprocal.
((4.5)^0)^-2 = (1)^-2 = 1/(1)^2 = 1/1 = 1
So the expression becomes 1 - 1 which is equal to 0.
So the answer is 0.
Please let me know if the answer is correct.

Here's the answer

We know the identity that :-

 \sf{({a }^{m}) {}^{n}   = a {}^{m} {}^{ \times n}}

So , using this identy,

Solve the question

 \sf{Given  :((0.6) {}^{2} ) {}^{0} - ((4.5) {}^{0})  {}^{ - 2}  }

So,

 \sf{ = (0.6) {}^{2 \times 0}  -( 4.5) {}^{0 \times ( - 2)}}

 \sf{ = (0.6) {}^{0}  - (4.5) { }^{0}}

 \sf{ = 1 - 1}

 \sf{ = 0}
Hence,
Answer is 0.
