x-2 = 0

x = 2

P (x)=4(2)^3+3 (2)^2 - 4(2)+k=0

4 (8)+3 (4)-4 (2)+k=0

32+12 -8+k =0

k = -32 -12 +8

k = -44+8

k=-36
