According to question need to find the value of n if n +1 P3 =nP4

 \sf = n + 1p {}^{3}  = np {}^{4}  \\  \sf = p {}^{3}  = np {}^{4}  - n \\  \sf = p3 - np {}^{4}  =  - n \\  \sf = n =np {}^{4}   - p \\  \sf = n = p {}^{3} (np - 1)
