p(2/3)=2(2/3)^3-(2/3)^2-13(2/3) -6
=2(8/27)-(4/9)-26/3-6
=16/27-4/9-26/3-6
=(16-12-234-162)/27
=-392/27

p(y)=2(2/3)^3-(2/3)^2-13(2/3)-6
= 2×(8/27)-(4/9)-(26/3)-6
= (16/27)-(4/9)-(26/3)-6
=16-12-234-162÷27
=-392/27
