P(t) = 5t^2 - 3t^2 +16


P(-2) = 5× (-2)^5-3 ×(-2)^2 + 16

= 5× (- 32 ) - 3× 4 + 16


= -160 - 12 + 16


= -156 Ans

So...,

=5(-2)^5-3(-2)^2+16

=5×-32-3×4+16

=-160-12+16

=-172+16

=-156
