Find the value of p and q so that x⁴+px³+2x²-3x+q is divisible by (x²-1).

(x^4+px^3+2x^2-3x+q)/(x^2-1) = 0....

This means that (x-1)(x+1) is a factor .....

So both x-1 and x+1 are the factors of the polynomial....
