Find the value of 'p' using algebraic Identities From the given expression : (198)^2 - (98)^2 = 74p^2

Formula:

a² - b² = (a - b) (a + b)

Soln.

198² - 98² = 74p²

=> (198 - 98) (198 + 98) = 74p²

=> (100) (296) = 74p²

=> 29600 = 74p²

=> p² = 29600/74

=> p² = 400

=> p = ± √400

=> p = ± 20
