find the value of the polynomial
 {2x}^{3}   -  {13x}^{2}  + 17x + 12
(a) x=2 (b) x= -3. (c) x=0. (d)x= -1

(a). x=2

2×8 - 52+34 + 12

= 16- 18+12

= 12..

(b). x = -3

2 × (-27) - 13 (9) -17 × (3) +12

-54 -117 -51 +1 2

= -171-51+12

=- 210

(c)...x=0

2(0) - 13(0)+17(0)+12

=12

(d).. -1

2(-1)-13 -17+12

-11 - 17 + 12

-28+12

= -16
