${2}^{(x - 4)} \times {2}^{ - 3} \times {5}^{(x - 4)} = 1250 \\ {10}^{(x - 4)} = 1250 \times 8 \\ \\ {10}^{(x - 4)} = {10}^{4} \\ \\ on \: compairing \\ \\ x - 4 = 4 \\ x = 4+ 4 \\ \\ x = 8$

x=8 this is your Answer.
