 \sqrt{9x}  = 3 \sqrt{ {9}^{2} }  \\  \sqrt{9x} =  \sqrt{ {9}^{3} }  \\  \sqrt{x}  =  \sqrt{ {9}^{2} }  \\ x =  {9}^{2}  \\ x = 81

Or, 9x = 3 * 9
Or, x = 3.

Otherwise your question may be,
( 9x) ^1/2 = 3 * (9^1/2)^2

Or, x = 81.

Otherwise, the question may be,
(9)^1/2* x = 3 * (9^1/2)^2
