we know that
kinetic energy = 1/2 × mass × velocity².
100 = 1 / 2 x 2 X velocity²
velocity² = 100.
velocity = √100
that is 10 m / s.

the velocity of a body of mass 2 kg having kinetic energy of 100 joules is 10 m / s.
