Hii There!!
Given polynomial p(x)= x2+2x+1
=) By method splitting the middle term we obtain:-
=) p(x) = x2 + x + x + 1 = 0
=). x [ x + 1] + 1 [x+1] = 0
=) [x + 1]. [x + 1]. = 0
On equating with zero we get
=) x + 1=0. and. x + 1=0
=) -1 and -1 are the required zeroes.
Hope it helps :)

Hey !
Here is the answer
Zeroes of the polynomial
X^2 +2x+1
=> x^2 +x+x +1
=> x( x+1) +1 ( x+1)
=> ( x+1) ( x+1)
The zeroes are
1. X+ 1= 0
=> x= -1
2. X+1=0
=> x= -1
Hence , the zeroes are
-1, and -1
Hope it may help
