Solution :

Let the given polynomial be p(x)

Then, p(x) = x² - 3

To find zeros of p(x)

We need to put p(x) = 0

→ x² - 3 = 0

→ x² - (√3)² = 0

→ (x + √3) (x - √3) = 0

[ Using Identity, a² - b² = (a + b) ( a - b) ]

→ x + √3 = 0 or x - √3 = 0

→ x = - √3 or x = √3

Hence,

Zeros of x² - 3 are √3 and - √3
