here a=1 b=-12 c=11
AC = 11
find the factors of 11 whose sum is -12 and product is 11.
-11×-1=11
-11+(-1)=-12
now split the middle term...
x^2-12x+11=0
x^2-x-11x+11=0
x(x-1)-11(x-1)=0
(x-1)(x-11)=0
x-1=0 (or) x-11=0
x=1 (or) 11...
