Zeros of this polynomial are 15 and 2.
Firstly we'll break 30 in 15 and 2 as 15*2 is 30.
And 15+2 is 17.
So by simple method you will get 15 and 2.
Hope it helps.

let g(x) = x-2
therefore x = 2
p(x) = x^2 - 17x + 30
= (2)^2 - 17(2) + 30
= 4-34+30
= -30 + 30
= 0

therefore the zero of polynomial is x-2
