3(4x)+2(y-3)=100
12x+2y-6=100

sorry ,i just read level PRIMARY so i respond. i know matrix is in syllabus higher secondary.
3[4 x]+2[y -3]=[10 0]
[12 3x]+[2y -6]=[10 0]
12+2y=10 y= -1 & 3x-6=0 so x=2
