Fire needs oxygen to glow but there is no oxygen in space but sun glows how? because on the sun nuclear fusion is happening all the time due to which two hydrogen atom combines to form one helium atom . in this process some of the mass of the hydrogen is converted into energy . that energy is light what we call .
