fix of comb on one side of a large thermacol sheet and fix a mirror on the other side as shown in the figure spread a dark colour sheet of paper between the mirror and the comp keep this in sunlight or send a beam of a light from a toast to the comb what do you observe​

We observe the "Refection of light". The ray of light approaches the smooth polished surface of the mirror and the light ray bounces back and gives a pattern similar to that on the black sheet.
