IT IS CORRECT THAT FOOD KEEPS US FIT, HEALTHY AND CAPABLE TO WORK, IT HAS ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS WHICH MAKES OUR BODY FIT, AND GIVES ENERGY ALSO IT HAS VITAL STAMINA ETC AND CONTAINS CARBOHYDRATE, PROTEIN, VITAMIN, MINERALS, ROUGHAGE, AND FAT, WHILE SAYING FAT WE THINK IT'S NOT GOOD BUT IT IS ALSO VERY USEFUL AND IMPORTANT ONLY IF WE KNOW THAT IT IS NEEDED IN A PARTICULAR AMOUNT, FOOD CONSUMING IN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT CAN MAKE US FAT AND THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH THE FAT.
