3. media has the full right to go against the government
4. people can raise their voice against the government
5. all are equal in the eyes of law
6. everyone is given same voting right there is one person one value one vote

Against:-

1. there are competitions among the representatives and there is no scope for molarity
2. sometimes a representative make corrupt or bribe
3. representatives do not know about the main interests of the people
