this is because we know that,
action = reaction ( newton 3rd law )
so , as we know that light will strike the object with its max. at 20 degree
therefore through newton's 3rd law if light strikes the obstacle with 10 m/s then reaction will also be 10m/s...
THIS WILL BE THE ANSWER IF THERE ARE DIFF MEDIUM
IF THE MEDIUM IS SAME THEN THE ANSWER WILL BE - EQUAL
as speed of light is 3×10^8
which will be initial velocity
