when b square minus 4ac is zero
on opening the bracket, you get,
kx square-2x+6=0
(-2)^2-4*k*6=0
4-24kx=0
24kx=4
kx=4/24
on opening the bracket, you get,
kx square-2x+6=0
(-2)^2-4*k*6=0
4-24kx=0
24kx=4
kx=4/24
